At this time, Hungry Mutts ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 3 business days for your merchandise to ship.

SALES TAX
Hungry Mutts charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Sales tax only applies to orders shipped to Maryland addresses.

RETURN POLICY
You may return all unused items purchased at Hungry Mutts within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 3 weeks of receiving the returned item.
